Service and Support:

We provide various levels of Product Technical Support:

1.   Remote access to the monitoring system / hardware in the field via the Mobile Network.
2.   Onsite - Installation and Service (annual crop installations and system maintenance programs)
3.   Initial system installation commissioning and training.

  • Product support is the key to a system operating correctly and being of value to your business.
  • We get in the field and get our hands dirty - correct installation and commissioning is an important part of the process.
  • We can provide telemetry and data solutions that involve SIM Card provision and account management.
  • An important part of the monitoring system involves the set-up of remote communication access to the equipment itself. With this ability we are the able to independently monitor and test installed equipment as required, right down to the individual sensors in the field.
  • We do suggest schedule maintenance of the equipment (or this can maintained on your behalf) - because it's important to keep your equipment operational and working when you need it.
  • Sure we can tell you all this about our support and service, but if you would like to talk to our existing customers we would be glad to put you in touch.
